–What is the process for transferring the site to me?

If you have your own hosting already, I will ask you to install WordPress on the domain once it is handed over, and provide me with admin access for the installation.

Most installations are completed within 48 hours, although I can’t guarantee this timescale as there are some parts that are out of my control. The nameservers for the domain will need to be updated to point to your hosting, and the hosting SSL activated. This can take up to 48 hours and I am unable to complete the installation until this is done.

Whilst I don’t work weekends, I will be happy to make an exception if you request it and I am available.

–What are your conditions of sale?

Important: All sales are final. Please do your due diligence and do not place a bid unless you are 100% sure about the transaction. No refunds can be given due to the expenses and time involved in listing the site for auction.

Sites will be removed from my servers one week after sale. If you have not arranged your hosting by this point, then I can provide you with a copy of the site files on request.

I do not guarantee any income as the amount you earn depends on so many factors, including how much work you put in and how well you implement the promotion. What I will say is that you will not find a starter site that is a get rich quick scheme so you need to be prepared to put in effort to make it work.

The site design and content are not unique to this site and will be sold elsewhere. Please note that both the site design and content were created in-house by my own team so are not available on the mass market, only on other sites that I sell here on Flippa.
